Jiffy Cornbread
From Sue Bishop

Preheat oven 400 degrees; grease 8X8 pan
Mix together:
1 box Jiffy Cornbread mix and 1 box Jiffy yellow cake mix
1/3 c milk      1/2 cup water
1/4 c oil    2 eggs
Bake at 400 degrees for 5 min; turn down oven to 350 degrees for 25 min.



 

Peanutty Coleslaw

1 large bag of slaw mix 
  1 regular sized bottle of Ott's Poppy Seed dressing
2 cups of peanuts (or to taste)
Mix just before serving.

Cream Cheese Squares
From Lois Kastner

Bake...350 degrees/30 min
 2 pkgs cresent roll dough
2 pkgs cream cheese
1 cup granulated sugar
1tsp vanilla flavor

cream together cheese, sugar, vanilla

unroll 1 pkg of dough into a greased 9 X 13 pan, pinch seams together

spread 1/2 of the cream cheese mixture over the dough layer,

repeat for the next layers

 sprinkle top with 3 T ea sugar and cinnamon

COOL...important!  Then cut...makes approx 24 squares...
